\/>\n\u82f1\u56fd\u306e3\u3064\u306e\u5730\u65b9\u81ea\u6cbb\u4f53\u3067\u306e\u3001\u5730\u57df\u5bc6\u7740\u578b\u9060\u9694\u30d8\u30eb\u30b9\u30b1\u30a2\u306b\u3088\u308b\u4ecb\u5165<\/p>\n<p>\u3010\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u3011<br \/>\n3230 \u4eba\u306e\u6162\u6027\u75be\u60a3\u60a3\u8005\uff08\u5fc3\u4e0d\u5168\u3001COPD\u3001\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\uff09\u304c2008\u5e745\u6708\u304b\u30892009\u5e7412\u6708\u307e\u3067Whole Systems Demonstrator \u9060\u9694\u30d8\u30eb\u30b9\u30b1\u30a2\u8a66\u9a13\u306b\u63a1\u7528\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002 \u53d7\u5bb9\u6027\u3001\u52b9\u679c\u3001\u8cbb\u7528\u52b9\u679c\u3092\u691c\u8a3c\u3057\u305f\u540c\u8a66\u9a13\u306e\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u306e\u3046\u3061\u3001845\u4eba\u3092\u9060\u9694\u533b\u7642\u3001728\u4eba\u3092\u901a\u5e38\u533b\u7642\u306b\u7121\u4f5c\u70ba\u306b\u5272\u308a\u5f53\u3066\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3010\u4ecb\u5165\u3011<br \/>\n\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u306f\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u5730\u57df\u3067\u5229\u7528\u53ef\u80fd\u306a\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u30d8\u30eb\u30b9\/\u30bd\u30fc\u30b7\u30e3\u30eb\u30b1\u30a2\u306b\u52a0\u3048\u3001\u9060\u9694\u30d8\u30eb\u30b9\u30b1\u30a2\u306e\u8a2d\u5099\u4e00\u5f0f\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u53d6\u308a\u3001\u30e2\u30cb\u30bf\u30ea\u30f3\u30b0\u30b5\u30fc\u30d3\u30b9\u309212\u30f6\u6708\u9593\u53d7\u3051\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3010\u4e3b\u8981\u8a55\u4fa1\u9805\u76ee\u3011<br \/>\n\u8cbb\u7528\u52b9\u679c\u5206\u6790\u306e\u30d7\u30e9\u30a4\u30de\u30ea\u30fb\u30a2\u30a6\u30c8\u30ab\u30e0\u306f\u3001\u5f97\u3089\u308c\u305f\u8cea\u8abf\u6574\u751f\u5b58\u5e74\uff08QALY\uff09\u6bce\u306e\u5897\u5206\u8cbb\u7528\u52b9\u679c\u3068\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3010\u7d50\u679c\u3011<br \/>\n\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u3001965\u4eba\u306e\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\uff08534\u4eba\u304c\u9060\u9694\u30d8\u30eb\u30b9\u30b1\u30a2\u3001431\u4eba\u304c\u901a\u5e38\u306e\u30b1\u30a2\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u3066\u3044\u305f\uff09\u306e\u8cbb\u7528\u3068\u30a2\u30a6\u30c8\u30ab\u30e0\u306e\u7d14\u5229\u76ca\u5206\u6790\u304b\u3089\u59cb\u3081\u305f\u300212\u30f6\u6708\u5f8c\u306e2\u7fa4\u9593\u306eQUAY\u306e\u8abf\u6574\u5e73\u5747\u5dee\u306f0.012\u3060\u3063\u305f\u3002\u4ecb\u5165\u524d\u306e3\u30f6\u6708\u9593\u306e\u30d8\u30eb\u30b9\/\u30bd\u30fc\u30b7\u30e3\u30eb\u30b1\u30a2\u306e\u7dcf\u8cbb\u7528\uff08\u4ecb\u5165\u306e\u76f4\u63a5\u7d4c\u8cbb\u3092\u542b\u3080\uff09\u306f\u3001\u9060\u9694\u30d8\u30eb\u30b9\u30b1\u30a2\u7fa4\u3068\u901a\u5e38\u533b\u7642\u7fa4\u3067\u305d\u308c\u305e\u308c\u30011390\u30dd\u30f3\u30c9\uff081610\u30e6\u30fc\u30ed\u30012,150\u30c9\u30eb\uff09\u30681,596\u30dd\u30f3\u30c9\u3060\u3063\u305f\u3002\u8cbb\u7528\u52b9\u679c\u306e\u95be\u5024\u5206\u6790\uff08the analysis surrounding the value of the cost effectiveness threshold\uff09\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u6c7a\u65ad\u306e\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9f\u6027\u3092\u691c\u8a3c\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u8cbb\u7528\u5bfe\u52b9\u679c\u53d7\u5bb9\u66f2\u7dda\uff08cost-effectiveness acceptability
